No virus in the world is able to compete against an intact human immune system. Provided our body is in good balance and we do not damage or harm it; be it consciously or unconsciously.
We humans are a reservoir of germs and microorganisms. For some of you this may sound a little absurd, but it is the truth. The life in us is characterized by liveliness. Microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, fungi, nematodes or helminths, have made a decisive contribution to human development.
Our immune system needs to be challenged daily. Only the constant handling of microorganisms and the stimulus they trigger makes it strong and allows its immune competence to grow – provided that its inner microorganism can remain in balance. This is the only way that it is able to immediately tame every hostile attack. And with every confrontation it has won, the following one is easier to handle.
Vitamin D controls our immune reactions
Vitamin D is our body’s own hormone. It is formed from cholesterol in the liver, which is activated by sunlight. It plays an important role in protecting our body from viral infections by monitoring and sending out protective proteins precisely when viruses have to dock to their receptors in order to survive. It activates the natural killer cells to stop the growth of tumor cells. In fact, 100,000 immune reactions are controlled by vitamin D. Each and every one of us should appreciate the important work of this hormone that protects our health.
Take responsibility for your own health
We should learn to understand that the functioning of all our immune processes is dependent on specific conditions in our body. There needs to be a physical balance that is established when we live in symbiosis with our microorganisms and our immunocompetent defense cells do not offer intruders any chance to attack.
However, if this balance is not given and the milieu in us changes, this has a dramatic effect on our immune system. This can easily happen in our times due to our modern life styles. Radiation such as WIFI, radio radiation from DECT telephones or mobile phones have a destructive effect on the bacterial world of our intestines, where 80% of our immune power is located. The imbalance in the intestines quietly develops into a catastrophe that soon spreads to the entire body.
In 1967 already, biologist Rachel Carlson described the handling of herbicides such as glyphosate, pesticides and insecticides and said “He who destroys life prepares its demise”. Her admonitory words have become reality today.
I can only recommend to stand up, to question, and to deal with the backgrounds of the current viral epidemic. Then you will be able to form your own opinion and make decisions for yourself. People currently tend to blame something for our health that we ourselves have irresponsibly allowed to happen to us and life for decades.
Today, however, this is becoming our undoing because it contributes to the fact that many are no longer sufficiently prepared for this viral attack. If the statistics for Coronavirus continue to rise, you now know why a viral epidemic alone is not capable of doing this. We have all contributed to making ourselves vulnerable to the virus.
We should all try to bring our defense system to maximum efficiency, especially in the current situation. This is not only important, but also necessary! Today, more than ever, medicine should not only focus on the treatment of symptoms but rather focus on finding the causes of illness.
The following tips will help you strengthen your immune system:
- Try to avoid stress and fear. The body’s own immune system shows highest activity when you are at peace with yourself.
- Eat sufficient organic food, rich in vital substances, fruits and vegetables.
- Control your vitamin D level and make sure you get enough sunlight.
- Reduce microwave radiation and switch off WIFI at night, keep mobile phone use as short as possible and keep your phone as far away from your body as possible.
- Make yourself a Vitamin C smoothie every day (puree 5 organic lemons with peel in a kitchen blender, add 1 apple or banana, fill up with water and drink throughout the day).
- Exercise 3 to 4 times for 30 minutes a week. If possible, take your exercise outside to get some fresh air.
- Heat activates the immune cells. Try to have a sauna 2 times a week. We recommend the use of infrared sauna.
- Go on a Immune Power Retreat to recharge your batteries and bring your body back into balance.
